Job Role Associate Semi-Voice for BPO

Job Description:
1. Fresh B.Com, Bsc, BA, BHM, MA & M.Com (2014 graduates only) with 60% plus throughout their academics
2. Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills
3. Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
4. Willing to work in different time zones.
Laterals:
1. 1 to 2 year of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting and screening or a similar role
2. Monitor job posting traffic
3. Review applicants to determine qualification based on requirements
4. Respond to Recruiters and communicate status of requisitions as appropriate
5. Utilize Boolean search techniques to source and mine candidates
6. Database Management; review pipeline for each requisition and update candidates status accordingly
7. Execute search strings on the major job boards
8. Search internet sources for potential candidates
9. Source and mine Big Boards in accordance with standard operating procedures
10. Document interactions including status updates with candidates in their profile in applicant tracking system
11. Performs related work as required
12. Willingness to work in late night shifts.
