1. Technical Support Associate
2. Candidate should possess Engineering (preferred) / Science graduates with at least one year work
experience on the Security Products Installation (Video, Access & Intrusion).
3. Able to operate PC based programs in a Windows environment.
4. Ability to gather and assimilate data to deliver accurate solutions to the customer in a professional
manner.
5. Takes initiative to lead and supports team members in dealing with change.
6. Uses up-to-date technical knowledge, skills and experience to effectively perform jobs and contribute to the success of the department.
7. Maximizes productivity levels while providing world class customer service.
8. Displays effective problem solving skills.
9. Demonstrates effective use of soft skills – listening, probing and questioning.
10. Effective communication skills and appropriate usage of the English language.
11. Flexibility to work in shifts.
